When I was in a medical study where I had to have a lot of salt they gave me bouillon cubes to make soup to have with lunch. One lunch when I forgot to make the soup I was left driving home with the cube and a bottle of water so I really tried this.

No - bouillon cubes are absolutely impossible to eat because they are so salty.so you will never have a chance to make the soup inside you.

No, because your taste buds are on yoru tongue and as the dry cube passes your tongue it will not give the same taste as the soup would.

Yeah, it may mix together inside you to be like soup, but it's the taste thats important.
