Go to the doctor to see which kind you have. If it can be treated, they will give you the proper medication to do so. There's always a chance that what you have cannot be cured....either way go to the doctor.

You have to go to the doctor and get Anti-Biotics, that are used for the particular STD that you have. There are a wide variety of medications used. But you will not find any thing over the counter. You will have to go to the doctor. And make sure you practice safe sex. By using condoms so that you do not have to go through this again. And you don't end up with AIDS. There is no cure for that one.

Depends on what kind of STD you have! Herpes is untreatable. Syphilis and Gonna rhea require extensive treatment. Chlamydia is cured by Penicillin. aids you may as well kiss the world good-bye. Please elaborate here so we understand what you are trying to get rid of. Either way you need to see a physician. Go to your OB clinic and get it checked out or your local planned parenthood or even your local health department will have a sexually transmitted disease dept where they will treat you for minimal or no cost. And next time you have sex, think twice about what you've learned here. Use condoms or abstain, sex is not worth your life.

First of all what can of STD is it? Is it a yeast infection / Urinary tract infection that you can use antibiotics and it will go away. Are you wiping yourself the correct way; if your not that can lead to re-infection.30% of Women do not wipe the right way an end up getting multiple urinary tract infection yearly. HIV and AIDS cannot be cured, but can be controlled with the proper meds.
then there are the std's that can be cured by a good round of penicillin.
my advice to you, is for your own good and your own safety and health, don't be having sex with anyone other than the woman you're married to. sex is something to be shared between a man and his wife. please, just give it some thought okay?

there are certain ones that can never go away such as herpes, and obviously HIV/AIDS. Go to a free clinic in your town or another if you don't want to see anybody there. but don't worry its all confidential once you step into the doctors office. the doc will figure out which std it is and prescribe the necessary solution. but remember condoms always help to prevent this and if you don't use condoms don't be promiscuous.
