I smile, make eye contact, and try to show interest in what he has to say. If possible, while we're talking, I try to stand just a bit closer to him than normal.

Listen to him, Eye contact, laugh alot, and smile constantly! Keep it up-beat not depressing.Then before it's all over make sure I communicate with him about the interest....so he nor I am not left guessing if he would like to see each other again!

Talk to them obviously. Act flirty, laugh alot and find a reason to make a suggestion about hair, clothing... IE what would look really good.

smiling is key, not looking away from him is another big thing.
sticking around just a little after conversation as if i was waiting for something...... date, phone or email, but waiting for something from him.
