They do have one! Go to the main menu, under extras. Go to holidays, then choose mothers day. You will see it there. They also have a baby that you hold.

A couple different age ranges would be nice, too.
I was very impressed with the plus-size things ... last time I updated my avatar I noticed them for the first time.
