Being very dark myself, you first must stop feeling stereotypes. We can wear anycolor we want and look hot! go to Lorel.com H.I.P colors to see examples of hot color combo you can try. Also, look in your fav magazines for ideas, and Never Be afraid of COLOR!!! You will find that it will brighten your face and your attitude.

I think women of color look beautiful with a bronze shadow, or also jewel tones like amethyst purple. You should make sure there's a hint of shimmer in the eye shadow you choose, so they can really pop out!!

Oh since you have dark skin I think gold color will look good on you. Try those cream shadows they look great with dark skin.

I've seen dark skinned wear all sorts of colors from pink to purple. But it usually coordinated with their outfit. Just try different ones and if you think that it looks good then that's all that matters.

purple is pretty on dark skin, use shimmer eyeshowdow though. also max factor colors- the bright blues and greens ect... just make sure that it goes with something you have on

A nice pearly/pink, lavendar, pastel green would be very pretty, and gold would also look very pretty. These colors would pop with your skin and also be soft and feminine.

match what colors you have on. if I have on blue i'll wear blue. Brown color clothes i usually wear a nice gold eye shadow with brown eyeliner, girl your eyes will pop. i'm black so i feel you. if you need any great eye shadows contact me i sell Avon.

Golden brownish is good. At least the golden part gets people attention... but it's all depends if it's for Day or night time.

Probably warm tones, or a color that shimmers so it can bring out your eyez.

girl ur buetiul the way u r ....black is buetiful and plus u dnt wear makeup anyway! but if u really wanna wear sum put on a lighter colour than ur skinn tone it will look gd trus but u dnt need it anyway... i am black and proud we dnt need makeup!
