Sorry to hear about your problems with IE 7. The following are the instructions to uninstall IE 7 posted by Microsoft on their support page for IE 7 (http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windows/ie/support/default.mspx)

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP

1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove." (If you are running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview — March 20 or later, it is not necessary to check "Show Updates.")

If you have Windows XP, you can use the System Restore feature to take your computer back to the point in time before you installed IE 7.

Right Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. It's pretty easy to use. You won't lose e-mail or documents, files....etc. Only software changes or updates you've made since.

As mentioned before, go to Control Panel and find Add/Remove Programs. It should bring up a list of applications that you can select for removal.

I STRONGLY reccomend Firefox. I love the interface and extra features that you can download--"ScreenGrab!" is my favorite. You can find it at http://www.mozilla.com/. It's becoming more and more popular and can still support Flash and other web media.
