It's on MSN Messenger. She has a webcam, I don't. I try to connect and it doesn't work, it just keeps saying its loading, then disconnects after ages.
Advise?

This is probably due to your security software not letting Messenger and the webcam connect to the Web, as it thinks that a malicious program is disguised as Messenger and the webcam.

Does it work in other applications? She may have a conflict with msn.
Or the software may not have been loaded properly

have you use the set web cam on sisters PC correctly their is a wizard on the tools at top of the tools menu

restart msn at both ends and try it again

is she or you on dial up? could be a bandwidth problem. try "skype" it's more reliable anyway!!
