First thing - dont worry too much right now. You have enough on your plate! That said, I know what you mean - pregnancy does take the glow out of you a bit.
Red hair is hot hot hot right now. And guys love it. I'd get several different colors of red weaving put in, and a long shag cut with lots of layers for movement. Maybe some lighter reds with sparkle near your face.
Get some really good mascara - Dior, Clinique, in black. It's worth the price. Get lots of sparkle for your face. Bobbie Brown makes a great blusher compact that has lots of sparkle to it in a range of shades. With the red hair your can go with browns and goldens for a more natural look or pinks for more color. Pick up or order a Sephora Catalog for ideas. Get some great lipstick in rusts or pinks with shine and sparkle. Clinique is great and so is Revelon in the black tube. Most important - stay on a good vitamin as pregnancy will deplete you for years after. It will make you feel and look better.

They have some great frilly shirts out now and also great stretchy bell bottoms that look great together. The look now is Edwardian and it is really cool. Frilly, lacy shirts, velvet jackets, etc.
Pick up a Lucky Magazine from the supermarket for ideas, and order a Newport News & Victorias Secret catalog also for ideas. Then if your on a budget find what you want at Ross, Marshalls, TJ Max, etc. Otherwise hit Nordstrom and Macys.

Remember once you go red you can change a lot of colors. Rusts, purples and greens look great with red. Dont forget the cute boots. Try Ebay for $300 shoes for $50!
As far as getting in shape? Put on a great dance CD or exercise DVD and dance for the babies every day. You will have fun and get in shape fast and the babies will love it!

Forgive me for saying it, but what appears to need making over is your appreciation of the life that you have. Yo are or soon will be the mother of two. Yet you weigh only 125 pounds. It is time for you to appreciate what you have been given-- a husband, two children and a body that does not take on much weight while you are pregnant. As a mother there are more important things to worry about, for example, how to raise children who will not be superficial.
