u need a programme such as microsoft frontpage or swishmax, then after designing it , u pay around 5 euros to have it put on the net

I have the same question but it is not worth your time .There are not any programs in the Net that are giving free Internet website.It costs too much of your time even though it is tempting.And you have to upload every month new data.Believe me,you would like it in the beginning but the it will end up to be a boring thing.That is the best answer i could have given.Don't trust what other people say.They are experts and even hackers and want to benefit from you.
