probably but if you are asking the question then i reckon you don't know what you are doing so i would leave it alone!!!!! i had a athlon 2500+ and that was easy to clock to 3200+ by increasing the voltage slightly and changing the fsb from 166 to 200 mhz. you really need to get a bigger/better cooling system too cos it runs a lot hotter than norm!!

yes by all means increase the fsb but slowly and do stability tests every time you boot but i would suggest that you don't touch the voltage of the cpu unless you know what you are doing
