What size are the jeans if they measure 14 1/2 across?

What size are the jeans if they measure 14 1/2 across?

Can anyone tell me what size a Women's or Juniors jean would be if I measure across? I measure 14.5" across. The tag is missing and I am trying to ebay them. Thanks!!!!

Depending on the length you can determine if they are Juniors or misses.
By the measurement - the pants are a size 29 or a small 6.
Juniors inseam would be about 29-30 inches, misses should be anything from 31 inches.
