Nomad and Jubilee, dead or alive?

been away from comics a very long LONG time now, can any one tell me whats happend to Jubilee?. And Jack Monroe (Nomad) is he still in suspended animation? or made a comback and get kill and revive and kill etc. like good all marvel does things >:).
I appreciate any info you can give.

Jack Monroe( Nomad) was killed by the winter soldier, Jubilee I believe was depowered by the Scarlet Witch in House of M

don't know about jubilee, but Nomad was killed by the Winter Soldier in the new versions of captain america.
