How can i protect a partition by making a password to it ?

Use TrueCrypt, it's free. You can set it up as an encrypted file (that maps to a drive letter) such as PGP Disk, or it can also be installed to encrypt an entire partition.

I'm using it the first way, and it works very well!

Maybe you could purchase 3rd party software for that. All I know is..it's not possible doing so with just the Windows OS.
