Being striked by lighting symbolizes shock and surprise and picked up 7 bucks while walking means luck or desire.
You probably have experience some nice surprise in reality or you want to have one because you have been experience bad things going on in your life. In either case, you projected lighting striked you to show that you have some surprise in reality

Most dreams mean something specific to the dreamer. Tell me is seven bucks such a sum that it would make lightning strike in your life? Probably not. Would you see being struck by lightning as making a positive change in your life? Also probably not. Consider what would being struck by lightning mean to you. Or what could happen in your life that would impact you like being struck by lightning.
Who knows maybe being struck by lightning means you are going to come into money, and you did. What does the number seven represent to you? Maybe you should buy 7 lottery tickets.
