I took a pregnancy test this morning and I think it came out positive. The line from left to right was very clear and I saw a very faint line from top to bottom. I know they say to wait three more days and test again but I just wanted to know if anyone had gotten the same result?

I took the clear blue test before, and it was extremely faint. I was pregnant, it was just that my hormone level was not very high because I was still very early on. Hope you get what you are looking for!

I had the same result with an EPT. Although, I am four weeks late. I get to find out today whether or not I am......
I have heard though, (and it says so right on the test) that faint lines still do count as pregnant. I have also heard that the chances of a test giving a false positive is very slim to none. I hope this helps.

okay, if the test has the two lines for positive and one for negative...
if there is a faint line under the "positive" part, you are pregnant.
if there is no line under the "positive" part, you could still be pregnant!! You just might not have made enough of the HGC Hormone to make the line yet, try in a few days and you should know for sure, I love the test that is digital and says "pregnant" or "not pregnant" it is a for sure way to know- no questions to ask.. :) GOod luck.

I don't like the negative and positive tests. I like the two lines. not the lines that cross. I would suggest getting a totally different test. My little brothers girlfriend took two of these tests and got a false positive. normally you can't get a false positive, but she did. she is not pregnant. Try another test. good luck

Oh yes I did it 3 times with a faint line and I was pregnant. Your chances of being pregnant right now are very good! Go to the docs they will give you a **** test and then you can get set up with a midwife to get on prenatal care! Congrats, I hope its what you wanted

Mine showed up completely negative and then an hour later changed to positive...It depends on how much HCG is in your body! I would suggest going to a doctor for a blood test to confirm it or trying again with a different brand! Good luck :)

Yeah, don't remember the brand of test. But my positive lines were much lighter than the completion lines. But were lines no less and yes it was positive. Went to my regular Dr. to confirm. Then made an appointment with my OB/GYN to confirm again and to start prenatals and regular prenatal check ups.

I took an EPT test in August and my results were the same. It was because I was only 5 weeks pregnant at the time. Now I'm four months pregnant. So yes you could be pregnant.

If it's faint you're prolly pregnant. Go to the doctor just to make sure. Home pregnancy tests aren't always accurate!

So long as you didn't have to h old it up to the light, squint so hard you saw spots, or dissassemble it to see the "faint line", I would say it's safe to assume that it is indeed positive. After all, a line is a line (unless you're like me and imagine it! LOL)
