her so she refused to move to MO now I can't see my child how do I get rights to see him on a regular basis ... Please help

The first thing you need to do is see if you can't talk to the mother and come to an agreement to see if you can possibly go to see her. If that doesn't work then maybe y'all can go to mediation to see if the 2 of you can't work something out in the presence of a mediator. I know it's gonna be hard because the 2 of you live in different places but your child should be worth the trip if you really want to see her. But i think it's best to try every means of talking it out before you get a lawyer involved. Good Luck!

Move to AZ? Get a lawyer and get joint custody? At least talk to someone in a child custody-type position. Try calling AZ social services or somehting. They'll know how to direct you.

Marry the girl, and move to AZ, man, my husband and I have been trying to have children for a VERY long time and it is not "working" if you have children take advantage of it and move there and start a new there marry her and have a wonderful life.
