My dad had me and my brothers do some whacked out ab workout program when i was 12, it entailed doing 1000 crunches every other day. Of course not 1000 straight, but more in sets, like 200 of legs lifted crunches, 200 legs spread apart crunches, 100 booty lifts with your legs 90 degrees from the ground, 200 bicycle kicks, 100 flutter kicks, 100 kick offs, aaand 100 leg lift offs.....we did that for about 2 to 3 weeks, and around the 3rd week i had freakin abs of steel. Takes a long *** time though, normally the workouts entailed up to 3 hrs, and your stomach will feel like someone literally ripped you open. Of course now i've read that apparently doing TOO many crunches can weaken your stomach muscles, which can cause injuries to occur easier such as hernias and what not.....but if you eat right, strecth before and after these exercises, and take your time and focuson the muscles, and not the quick get it out the way kind, you'll have abs of steel again in no time. Just gotta stick to the program for at least a month.

prolly around 300-1000 whatever you can handle. get an ab lounge its less stressful on your back. BUT if you didint spend all your time doing damn sit ups then you could get a good *** job, and then guess what, just get some plastic surgery when your older
