Why not I'm looking for a tenant. Rent is R1500 per month includes lights, water, maid service, laundry, carport and one meal a day. Facilities are shared. No tv if you bring one in you must pay the license fees. It is a cigarette smoking house. No illegal drugs allowed. You must like animals (dogs, cats, fantail pigeons and fish) and feed and entertain them in need. How good is your melba toast?

Yes, but do you clean?
And I sing. A lot. And I have a horrible voice. And the house is 700 sq feet and you would share with me, my boyfriend, our four dogs and several resident ghosts.
