I know this is a really awkward question, but I want to learn how to suppress my sex drive. I am a college-age guy who thinks about girls far too much and I want that to subside.

dude its normal!U are suppressing a wild beast :p .Just let it go man and try to have some more sex.Try not to think abt girls that much or ul become a "sex freak".Figure out whats the most thing abt a girl that excites u the most and go and ahead and seek it and try some intercourse once in a while and satisfy ur sexual desire.

That is a difficult thing, there's a number of things that you can do though.
1. best way to go is finding a member of the opposite sex, be it relationship or just casual (as seems so accepted these days...jeezus.) and have at it, safely mind you.
2. Stick to mr. hand, the more you do it, the better off getting the urge out your mind, and so you can focus more on other things..
3. Find engaging hobbies like sports, debate clubs, anything that involves engaging your mind in the area, or having you do things that normally sex is the last thing on your mind at the time....the more involved and active you are the least likely to sit by yourself in a room and think about how tight that one girl sitting in class' stuff is.
4. a sex drive is a sex drive, if you DIDN'T have it...then we woudln't be worrying about overpopulation dammit....but if all of the above just doesn't cut it....which they should....you can alwasy go to realdolls.com and pay 5k for a look-alike female doll, that looks, feels....freakin human, and HAVE AT IT.....saw it on an episode on real sex, then saw the site.....freaky as hell but hey, sometimes the dating game is just too difficult to deal with....course if you can't cough up 5k then you better get some mack game pretty soon.

i think that you are perfectly normal for thinking that way. trying to suppress your drive on the other hand may be a little hard to do. maybe read non-sexual books, study a little or get involved in some guy time, watch or play sports.

If you keep feeding your sex drive with ogling at females or watching pornography then you are keeping your desires alive.
Abstain from doing so - If you cannot then probably you do not want to, but just feel guilty about it.

Don't. Testosterone levels in men are very high during the teens and early to mid-twenties, and if you were to try to undermine your body's natural actions, you might cause more trouble than it's worth.

channel it into something else:work out, a new hobby, sports, stay busy. One day you realize it's not that big of an issue any more.

You'll have to make friends with your right hand.

Or left hand as the case may be.

(nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more!!)
