I think it is an evil necessity. Make sure the original giver and the new recipient can't/won't find out. It is the idea that counts, remember????

Re-gifting is more than wrong, in my opinion it could be potentially embarassing. Imagine if the person who gave you the gift showed up and saw what you re-gifted. In my opinion re-gifting is very wrong!

I do it all the time! Just be careful who you're re-gifting to.

As long as the person you're giving it to doesn't know that you recieved it as a gift, and the person that gave it to you in the first place won't find out - there's nothing wrong with it.

If the gift you're re-gifting is new and unused, it's perfectly okay.

Tough one! I know a lot of people who do it, but that doesn't make it right in my book. I would never regift...I feel bad enough throwing out that popcorn tin from Aunt Sally from 2001. I could never regift.

Its fine as long as you don't give a present back to the person that gave it to you, boy is that embarassing.

a do as long as you dont give it back to the person who gave it to you or any way they would find out. but sure why not if you dont need it or like it
