will I still be able to see it tommorow night if i am in the mid-west?

Maybe. You need clear skies of course, and you need to look after midnight. Before midnight the radiant is below the horizon. Basically that means the meteors are hitting the other side of the Earth.

Hi. You should but they will be faint this year. Look east from a dark sky after midnight for the best chance.

It will be best to do so away from any kind of big city (light pollution) and (obviously) at night.
