When my younger sister's 25 year old husband died from a car accident (he got hit and killed instantly by a drunk driver on Valentine's Day. They found a bouquet of flowers with a note that said "I love you my darling, my soul mate" in my sister's husbands car so he was going to give them to her when he came home from work but he never made it home. And when my sister found out that her husband passed, my sister collapsed and had heart failure. And she died the following week. I believe her body just shut down because she didn't want to live anymore. Her and her husband have been together since they were 12 years old. They were definately soul mates.
I had a dream about them and in my dream they were together and happy and when I woke up I felt an overwhelming sense of peace.

I definitely believe you can die from a broken heart. My boyfriend died last year and I now have all these health problems that I didn't have before. I know these health problems came from the stress of his death. When I think of him, I get chest pains so bad it feels like my heart is actually breaking. I dream of him often and when I first wake up, I feel o.k...then I remember that he's not here and I get that sick feeling again that has never left me since the day I got the phone call that he had died.

yes you can actually, it is a well known fact, that couples that love each other and are together fora long time, if one dies, within a close time the others dies. They claim it is that they are soo into each other and draw strength from each other for sooo long, that when that support is gone they lose their will to live. Just like from couple having severe depression after a divorce, people get severely depressed from not having that support from their spouses anymore and sometimes leads to death because they lose the will to continue.

wow thats kind of a powerful story..i have read about things like this happening..in my own family my dads sister died at a fairly young age maybe 30ish....so a few months later his dad died...he went into the hospital right after the funeral and just stayed there until he shut down..they told us he cud have died from the pain of loosing his daughter..and we believe it.

I have heard of people who have been together a long time doing just that. One dies and a short time later so does the survivor.

I believe it is possible. There are many cases where a spouse died, and the remaining spouse died not to long afterwards. So , yes, it is possible.

Only God knows why this happened. If you were sent a dream, then I believe that they are definitely together and happy. I am sure it was sent to you because of your heartbreak. God knew that this would put you at peace.

they say with older people. when one dies, the other dies less than a year later. they just don't know how to live without each other anymore and are tired of fighting to live.

It has scientifically been proven that you CAN die from "a broken heart"
Essentially if you are upset and stressed enough you can cause a heart attack.
