Best places to party in Philly? We are all 20 years old, but I don't have a fake ID,?

so any place that doesn't card is what I am looking for.

I lined in east Philly and there you cannot buy alcohol in the grocery or convenience stores, so you have to have a liquor store deliver it, they did not card me when they delivered and i was only 19, rent a hotel and order in!
