Good service? What is that? From McDonald's to Best Buy I receive nothing but bad manners and horrible service. The idea about customers being right is gone. Too many times I have seen employees be rude or apathetic to shoppers. I usually go to the places that treat me with respect, even if I have to pay a little more. Places like Walmart and Target never get my business anymore. It seems like these companies would realize that they have idiots working for them. Fifteen years ago we didn't have these problems but now I hate to shop. I'd rather do it on-line.

Well, seeing how all customer service related questions are being out sourced to a nation of camels,I would say that the service is great. the only thing I have to complain about is the difficulty in understanding their broken English

Aughhh, the ol tipping deal... I'm a waitress, and I tip. I get paid $2.83 an hour plus my tips. I tip my hair dresser, I tip the gas guy, that fills my car with gas, I tip the newspaper guy, I even tipped my son's maintenance guy in the college he's going too! They needed a remote, and the guy came and got it all hooked up, and we threw him a $5 bill. That way, the next time my son needs help, he'll be more eager to go there first! And my son has said that he's tipped him too. I would kind of like to know where it started from too.

I see bad service from larger stores like Dillons and Walmart. The best service is had in small stores where they truly appreciate your business, but you will usually pay more for it!
