It depends,if i read it again and can make out what is being said,Yes.If i do not have the slightest clue,i will post an answer asking for more details and watch the question.If it is someone being silly,and making it where no one can read it on purpose,i generally over look it.Why give them a reason to continue that behavior,it is annoying.Good afternoon hun.

not very often. if i can't figure out what they're trying to say i might tell them they make no snesne but other than that why waste my time on the morons.
