I use Draino and/or Liquid Plumber and they work for a little while but my drains (bathroom sink & tub) always get clogged again after a while. Any suggestions?

Yes, I can help. Take a flash light and look down your drains first, pull all the hair out that caught around the fittings from washing your hair in the tub and/or sink. That's the worst part of the drains, they get clogged with hair.
I always use "Liquid Plumber" contractors grade. It's the strongest stuff on the market today. You have to get "contractors grade" though. Anyway, try what you have after doing what I said. Be careful of your eyes and splashing with all of this stuff, it has sulfuric acid in it and it smells so, don't breathe it.. Let it sit for at least an hour, it has to dissolve the hair you missed or didn't take out like I said. Next, if you can, pour hot water down the drain.
If all of this fails and you can't take your "S" traps out to clean then, call a plumber but, tell him what you used and what you did,

I have 2 suggestions. At Home Depot next to the drain snakes. I found this white stick with spikes on the sides. It is about 18 inches long with a hole in the end for your finger. You slide it down the drain and the upward spikes collect the long hair and pull it out. It has been helpful for us. It only cost $2.25. The other home remedy drain cleaner that you can use often without damage to your pipes is: 1/2 cup baking soda on the drain and pour 1 cup of white vinegar down the drain. It will foam like crazy and help keep your drain free flowing. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then flush the drain with hot water. Good Luck.

These products are very corrosive and can cause damage to the drains. A drain "Snake or Plunger are better options.Hair is usually the main cause of blocked sink/tub drains. Remove loose hair from the sink before it gets down into the drain. Keep drains clear by pouring down half a cup of bleach followed, 15 minutes later, by a kettle of boiling water.
