School, eyes and lips, but nothing on her face. If she has a blemish she wants to hide, then concealer only. No foundation or other face makeup. I would say lip gloss instead of lip stick, and mascara and eye liner instead of shadow. But it's what her parents allow, and what she feels comfortable in.
Weekends, same goes. Nothing on her face, or as little as possible. Women have enough skin problems later in life. She doesn't want to start on them now if she can help it.
Special occasions, I would allow her to do the full regime only then. Concealer for any blemishes, foundation to even out skin tone, powder, blusher, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, and lip stick.
No matter what, if it was my daughter, I would make sure she understood the importance of washing it all off before she went to bed. And buy her all the good things to take care of her skin. Makeup can enhance a woman's natural beauty, but wearing it too often, wearing too much, or just not washing it off can actually cause more problems that what makeup can hide.

I remember a lot of girls wearing makeup to school at that age, and I think that's about when I started wearing it. I would say it's probably OK to wear a light amount of makeup (like maybe some powder and a very light lipstick, and light eye shadow) to school and on the weekends, with more for special occasions.

I gave in and let mine wear makeup at 13... she is 15 now, BUT only what I o.k'd! If I thought it was too dark.....I got rid of it myself. I explained how you look better wearing alittle than wearing alot. If you don't let her, she just might sneak and put it all on at school. I have a very open relationship with my daughter and she tells me "almost" everything. I would never for a minute believe she tells it all, but I do believe I hear most of her life. I was so proud a couple weeks ago! There was actually drinking at a party she went to and she called me to come pick her up cause they were drinking and acting stupid! So anyways, my point is to let her wear alittle and give in on some little things, or she just may rebel and act like those other kids at the party!

***At school***
- Mascara
- Tinted moisturizer or Foundation mixed with moisturizer
- A light highlighting white or gold shadow underneath the brow and in the corner (towards the nose) of the eye. Only if you know how to do this though. I've seen girls do this with black or gray shadow and then you just look scary. Go for a white, creamy white, pale gold, or pale pink. This will highlight and open the eye.
- Lipgloss is a girls best friend!
***Weekends*** Morning = nothing, Evening =
- Mascara
- Brown eyeliner if you know how to apply it.
- Highlight pale eyeshadow (see school)
- Darker such as a pink, purple, or brown eyeshadow
- Tinted moisturizer or Foundation mixed with moisturizer
- Lipgloss
- Possibly some bronzing powder as blush if you know how to apply it.
***Special Occasions***
See evening weekends.

School - Weekends -A tinted moisturizer ( concealer if needed for spots ) Lipgloss some black or clear mascara.
Special occasions. Tinted moisturizer or light foundation. Mascara. Lipgloss and a hint of blush or bronzer
Personally i disagree with the look of eyeliner and eyeshaddow on a 15 year old. Doesn't look good at all.

At school: schools not a dressy kind of place , but if she likes a boy -it is. Colered lipgloss , eye shadow, and eyeliner is fine
weekends: It all depends were shes going. In the morning , go light , and in the night, increase the intensity.
Special Occasion: Let her go wild!! special occasions is a time to have fun and be origional. ( Just don't let her look silly!) The exotic look is the way to go with dark lined eyes, glossy lips, and eye shadow.

at 15 it is important that she learn how to properly apply any makeup that she uses. To many teens use the wrong colors and do not even know their skin types. If they're properly educated on skin care and make up tips then they will never go wrong, developing into a beautiful young woman.
