Generally when you are under a boil water advisory it typically means do not consume it unless you boil it first.

Q: Should I change the way I am doing laundry ?
A: No, continue doing laundry the way you usually do. If you have to launder sheets heavily soiled with feces, carefully remove any soil before you place the sheets into the washer, without much agitation of the cloth. Use rubber gloves when handling heavily soiled sheets.
VANCOUVER (CP) - It's getting harder to find bottled water or buy a cup of coffee after boil-water advisories were issued in Greater Vancouver and a couple of communities on Vancouver Island.
Health officials urged people not to drink or brush their teeth with tap water after landslides triggered by this week's heavy rain increased turbidity levels in watersheds.
The advisories sent residents rushing to stores to stock up on bottled water and left many without their coffee fix today.
Some coffee outlets have decided it's too big a task to boil litres and litres of water to keep the machines going, while others are still brewing up a storm with filtered or boiled water.
The advisories affect two-million people in the Vancouver area, 100,000 in Nanaimo and another 1,500 in Chemainus, south of Nanaimo.
B.C. Hydro is working from Vancouver Island to Chilliwack on the mainland to restore electricity to almost 60,000 homes still without power, down from almost 200,000 at the peak of Wednesday's storm.

When its a boil water advisory it means the water is dirty and may have bacteria or something... but I'm pretty sure that's just for drinking, not doing other things like that

I say refill on some gallon in simple terms of bottled water. The advisory isn't in all threat to final too long, and yeah, there is the cost even with the indisputable fact that it is your baby we are talking on the subject of right here. At 2 months, you are able to actual fill a sort of little bathtubs with a nil.5 gallon or so of water and bathe him. And he rather would not could have a shower on a daily basis. you are able to "spot sparkling" (for loss of a extra helpful be conscious) in between baths. i might advise using a moist textile although, particularly of the toddler wipes. they only have too many ingredients and distinctly in case you purchase those with alcohol in them they'll dry out toddler's dermis.

Boil alerts typically are for drinking/cooking water. I think you should still be fine doing laundry...unless of course youre planning on eating it once its done. :)

You should be ok to wash the clothes. It only means if you are consuming the water, which I don't think you are planning to do after your clothes are washed.
