Since this question is in the "Cleaning and Laundry" category, I'll just go ahead and assume you mean, "How do you do laundry?" It's really quite simple. First, separate your dirty clothes into piles of light colors and dark colors. For the light colors, a warm water setting works best, but make sure you read the labels on the clothes, just to make sure. If any of the labels say "Machine Wash Cold", DO NOT put them in with the regular light-colored load or they will shrink! Now, before you throw the clothes in the washer, turn on the water. All washing machines are different, so check your instruction manual to see how to start the washer after selecting the right water temperature. After it has filled up a little, dump in some detergent. I prefer Tide in the original scent, but you can choose whichever one you want. I go with liquid because the powder kind sometimes gets caught in the folds of clothes and makes ugly, clumpy powder marks. I always put in about a half-cup of the detergent, even though the directions tell you to put more. Don't pay attention to those directions- they're just trying to get you to use up more detergent so you'll have to go buy more. It's like the whole lather-rinse-repeat thing with shampoo. It's a load of crap geared toward making you a more avid consumer. Anyway, I digress...
After you have dumped the detergent in the water at the bottom of the washer, start adding the light-colored pile of clothes. When you're done adding them, close the lid. You can walk away at this point. When the wash cycle is done, load the clothes into the dryer. Select a dry cycle- I always like to go for the one called "Permanent Press" because it gets them dry without overdrying them and making them all crispy and wrinkly. Then just start the dryer. Here's the part that can get a little tricky. Many clothes can get ruined or wrinkled if you leave them in the dryer for too long, so try to identify the clothes you're going to have to pull out ahead of time. Towels and jammies and underwear and stuff can stay in the dryer the whole time, but things like cotton shirts, sweaters, and khaki pants need to be monitored more carefully. After about 10 minutes of the dry cycle, open the door and pull out all the things you have identified as clothes that need special care. Then re-start the dryer for the other clothes. The clothes you pulled out will be a little damp still, and that's OK. Just take them and hang them over chairs or on doorknobs with hangers. DO NOT let a sweater dry by hanging it from a hanger because you will stretch out the shoulders and it will start looking shapeless. Instead, drape it from its shoulders over the back of a chair to dry. That's all there is to it!
For dark clothes, do the same thing, except keep the water temperature on "cold" so your blacks don't fade. Good luck!

Hire a maid, just start at something or ask an adult female that can help you.

BTW, everyone, she's asking about cleaning and laundry.
