I would like to know is it ok or healthy to boil water then store it in a water bottle and use that water, to make formula milk, the water lasts me 1 day, then i make fresh water again and store it ,is this ok, or is it dangerous for my 3 month old baby, or do i have to just boil the water that same minute i make formula ????? cuz i just save time by just heating up the boiled water in the microwave and add the formula. is this ok to do this? ive been doing this since i started to feed him at 2 1/2 months of age and he's been gaining weight and is very healthy (thank god). should i continue?
please help me only serious answers please, thank you for your time.

It is perfectly fine to make formula that way. You can boil the water and pour the amount you need directly into a clean bottle then store it in the refrigerator until you need it. That is the best way, to microwave just the water before adding the powdered formula. Be sure to shake the water before adding the formula to eliminate any hot spots and check the temperature on your wrist before giving it to your baby to be sure it is not too hot. If you don't have time to boil the water or are away such as on vacation you can safely use any bottled water to make formula with. You can keep the water at room temperature and then there is no need to warm the bottle up if you don't have a means to do so.

i have boiled my daughters water since birth just boil it let it cool put it in a jug and make bottles when u need too it wont hurt him. i just leave the water jug (sealed and out on the counter cause i have a liter water bottle and she goes through it in a day and a half so that way its room temp. and i dont have to heat it but i also use the powder formula so i just put the water in her bottle then the scoops of powderand shake it and im done. ive done this since she was born and she is six months old now and has never gotten sick from it. good luck and i hope this helps.

I use to make water like that and then fill the bottles up and it never hurt him or my daughter. After a few weeks of boiling water i just started buying jug water and it was so much easier then boiling. I just didnt have the time to boil it with my daugther and I also babysitted 2 other children at the time

Babies have different stomach conditon...a 3 mos ..old baby usually have a immature digestion...that would cause them diarrhea or constipation easily. And since your baby stomach is not that sensitive and can bear it, jst continue, but stop immediately if symptoms persist, And if u r concern on saving time i suggest u to:
approximate your child's capacity to take bottles of milk...then try to boil water just enough for a day and placing it on the bottle. let's say your child consumes 5 bottles of 4ml milk a day...
Prepare 6 bottles with your water boiled in it..then if gets hungry the only missing is the scoops...this will also help you monitor your child's milk intake,,,if its usual or unusual...but be sure not to let your child drink the excess bottle that last for a day....
And if the bottles were finished its time to u to boil another set

i never boiled my baby's water unless there was a boil advisery in my city. he's not had anything wrong with him from it. i'd assume that storing boiled water should be fine, especially if you're only storing it for a day. my guess is that it's no different than storing and opened gallon of water from the store.

Just buy distilled water at the store and store it a room temperature. It will save you so much time and worry. It doesn't even matter what brand it is as long as it's distilled.

if your tap water is clean then there is really no reason to boil it at all, boiling water removes the fluoride which is essential for children, thats why its there. I would stop boiling it if I were you.

Yes, this is fine but don't leave it out to get to room temp before refrigerating. Put it in right away.
