Sony ericson-W810i,Nokia 6630,N-gage(kids love it,even now),6260,3250 and motorolla Krzer
They all have the features u want(if u want more applications or games just downloadf them over the net)check out theses phones.you are bound to like at least one of these;)

i am 13 and i have nokia 6630 and its very good.i suspect to you buy nokia phones because its vey good.
