I read somewhere that you could download vintage games for like $5-$10 dollars to the WII. Is it possible and how difficult or simple is it. This may sway my decision to purchase one.

Ok, here's the deal, it is fairly easy, there should be an Online store menu in the Wiis menus, but not evey single game is gonna be available at launch, and tecmo bowl will not. And after that they only have 10 a month and it hasn't been announced yet. But it was very popular so they most likely will release it eventually

i don't know but i have that exact game from 1988 on the old nes cartridge. i don't like sports games. or anything other than grand theft auto. plus my nes has a hard time reading the cartridge. however i don't even have to blow on my super mario 3 and anticipation cartridges. i used sandpaper and steaming hot soapy water.

now that i think about it the only new tecmo game i have is dead or alive 4 on xbox 360

you hook it up to the internet. the wii has different channels. you go to the channel for downloading. you have to buy points to exchange for the games. you can get points from cards at different stores or you can buy them with a credit card. it sounds fairly easy

Actually, they have to upload it to the VC. it is going to take a while. By the way, SSBB will use a GC controller.
