Id go with the H22, but the B series engines aren't bad either. Just make sure its a JDM motor. Look to spend about $3000-$5000

You don't put a H22 in a Civic. You're just asking for more work to be done. This guy wants cheap. Cheap means you get a b18C1. Integra GSR engine.
