I agree with this 100% because I think a person should fall in love with a person because of who they are and stay in love with the person because how they were when they met.

This is a deep question. Because Love does change you hopefully to a better person. More loving towards everyone. Kinder and patience with others. The only thing is that yes do not loose whom you are because then for years you will be searching for the you in the relationship.

I think they mean don't loose yourself. To many people try to be who they are not in a relationship. When they go back to being someone they were, it always causes problems.
