The Windows firewall /should/ be turned off in favor of ZoneAlarm. As far as the device error and bluescreen, you've got me there. If it happens again on the next boot, try booting into safe mode and see if you can uninstall ZoneAlarm. If that solves it, then make sure you've turned off the Windows firewall and then reinstall ZoneAlarm and try it again.

You can not run two firewall. Go to your control panel and where you see "security center", open and turn off your Windows Firewall in favor of Zone Alarm. ZoneAlarm, is an excellent firewall. Plus you get two way protection from rogue prots trying to send data into your pc and protection of your private data leaving your pc.

Windows firewall, you only have one way protection traffic coming in and not protected by outgoing data.

Perhaps the blue screen is caused by the fact that you are trying to run two firewall and there is conflict. Same as you can only run one antivirus or you will have conflict with your system.

Alright, I've had this problem to my computer. If you have Windows Live One Care, I would call Microsoft and ask them whats wrong. I'm not exactally sure what it was, for I was stupid not to ask, but they took over my computer and fixed it and it hasnt happened since.
