YES -- that is why I have a Cell Phone -- to call 911, and let it go through and report things like Crimes in Progress.

I'd call 911 on my cell phone. It's the Right thing to do and if a crime was being committed on me I would want someone to call 911.

I would have to agree with you on this one. My name is Bennett and I ain't in it. Of course there are exceptions to every rule. If the crime involved a child or elderly person then yes, I would report it.

YUP! I sure would. And for those that said if it was someone tagging a wall or some other property crime they wouldn't report it. I only have one question for them, How would they like it if someone was breaking into their car or marking graffiti on their property, wouldn't they want someone to report it.

Depends on the crime, like if someone is getting robbed, then yes. But is someone got spray paint and vandelized a wall, I could care less.
