Have her husband check how she is spelling your email address.
You must get a lot of spam the way you publicize your email address - or do you use very restrictive spam filters, in which case - are her emails being seen as spam?

She apparently doesn't have her email account set up right. Maybe if she compares her settings with her husband, she could get it set up correctly.

are you using hotmail email addy? if so - she has to be added to your hotmail address book in order for her emails to come through - that's one of hotmails l'il gizmo's to stop SPAM
or she may be typing in the wrong email addy
