Tales of the Golden Monkey, or something like that. It was a series in the Indiana Jones genre that was on TV in the 80's. I liked it, what ever happened to it?

OMG great show, kind of like Indiana Jones meets Casablanca. The Dad from Seventh Heaven starred on it. Stephen Collins. Roddy McDowell played the bartender. The dog as the sidekick, several beautiful women that pass through. They will probably bring it to DVD, they are bringing so many shows to DVD, but since it was only on for one full season, who knows.

Ran in the late 70's or early 80's. Stephen Collins was the star. Lasted only a few months if that. Canceled due to low ratings.
