were can i find the summons for final fantasy 12 and what lv do i have to be to get them, i am lv 37.

There are three Espers that go with the story line. All the others are "hidden" and some of them can only be obtained if you complete certain sidequests. If you buy a Strategy Guide they will tell you what areas you need to go to to find the hidden Espers plus more info of course if you are in more of the cheating mode.

Im sure as you know by now that they arent summons... they are Espers (but it doesnt really matter because they are the same thing)
Anyway, i believe there are 5 Espers you get throughout the game by just following the storyline, there are 8 more that are hidden. So, 13 in all.
I dont wanna explain how to get them all on this so ill just give you this link:

this link should tell you everything you need to know, from where to find them to what lvl is recommended you should be when fighting them.

There are no summons. They are called espers. If you have gotten as far as the Tomb of King Raithwall you should have fought Belias. He is your first esper. After defeating him, he is available on your license board and you can 'purchase' him just like other abilities.

The strategy guide will help you get all of the espers in this game. Its a massive guide that runs $20, but it should help you fully enjoy the game.
