In recent seasons, I'd say Invasion. The series got off to too slow a start, but I really wanted to see where it was going. If they hadn't drug out the plot progression so much that show could have been really good.
Old favorite cancelled shows--Beverly Hills 90210--it ran its course and had to end, but that was one of my old favorites. I also watched too many episodes of Secret Adventures of Alex Mack, but I can't say it was cancelled too early either.

There are so many don't know where to start. Friends even though i know it ran its course. The Division with Nancy Mckeon was also a really good show. I miss Roseanne. But the one show i would get up and dance on the table if they brought back is Quantum Leap

Alias ended (or is about to) & that's been pretty bad. i never got to watch enough of Angel and i miss that too.
I used to love Medium when it was on & i'll miss that very much
i've just seen Roseanne & Quantum Leap suggested & I had to reiterate that!
that 70s show was real cool right now i'm pretty happy that happy days is back on tv.
(not that i watch that much tv anyway... i'm not a couch potato really!)

Northern Exposure - it's been several years, but I still miss Maggie, Joel, and the Cicily gang.
As Time Goes By, with Judi Dench. So sweet and funny.
Keeping Up Appearances - I still catch reruns when I can.

The medical show that was on for about one season - a special team was called in whenever there was an unexplainable outbreak of an often difficult to identify disease. Can't remember the name but the lead character was very blond and had vividly blue eyes - can't remember his name either.

Seinfeld and Yes Dear. I think Yes Dear got cancelled because there hasn't been any new episodes on for awhile.
