Sale Price at PC World: £499.00
Is it good and fast enough for broadband and the Sims 2 and all the extension packs? If you have it, had any problems with it?
And how long is battery life? Thanks :]

Looks like you have an excellent notebook on your hands: a core 2 duo wow thats the latest & greatest that will make it really fast, the dvd rw is nice for burnin burnt dvd's, wireless is nice, and for 499 wow, the only thing that isn't excellent is the hard drive but thats my opinion, 80gb is probably good for what you need but if you like music, movies, pictures, games, etc and have alot of em then i would start thinking about going with a 100gb or 120gb but personally for that price BUY IT!!

should do you fine...Get the extra battery and it should already come with a built in network card. Good buy. Also check the warranty...

Too expensive imo.

At Dell, they are cheaper, you can pic and choose your configuration and you can pay it off.
