The two clips you used are not contradictions. But Pres. Bush and the Vice Pres. are not the same person. Your question only proves Bush is not the puppet the leftists keep claiming he is.

Cheney is a mad man. He thinks he's President. And he desperately wants to keep the oil flowing for Haliburton. Also, he would love to start WW3. I think he has a wet dream about that every night. He's really pissed about losing his buddy, Rummy too.
