I can't think of any. Even aquatic birds, and birds that live in very cold climates that would chill eggs, lay eggs.

The fact that penguins do lay eggs is a good argument against Intelligent Design.

There are none. Some insects, reptiles and fish are viviparous, but no birds are (ref.).
