I doubt that a young goat would want to watch a movie any way.
If you mean a youngster under the age of 18, then I suspect that the answer will depend on the country in which he/she may be at the time.

No and if they are young they are only aware of the scenes they are playing in. I remember watching a documentary about the film the shining and there was a piece on the young kid, the one who is physic and does the 'red rum' thing with his finger.
He was only on set for his shots and was never told the whole story line etc.

The kid can see the cast and crew showing of the movie. But he or she is still not allowed to watch it in the theaters. Hailey Joel Osment couldn't see his movie and I think Dakota Fanning couldn't see one of hers because she was too young. They have to wait until it comes out on DVD.

No they can't the laws are really strict. Thora Birch couldn't take her top off in American Beauty without both her parents and a social worker present because she was 17, and then she couldn't go see it in England when it came out, even though she was almost 18.

Definately not. And if they were, it would only be restricted to a censored version of their particular scene

typically no they aren't allowed to see it. I do think that there is a edited version they are shown, just with their scenes. as it should be.
