I was quite a few days late for my period while having numerous pregnancy symptoms. i started bleeding yesterday morning and only lasted for a few hours and then went to spotting and then just stopped and then a few hours later it started again but it is really really light no clotting which isnt normal for me the blood started out as a dark dark brownish blood and then went to a dark dark red and then the spotting was pinkish with some mucus in it, now the bleeding that started back up is still dark dark red and there is still some mucus in it it is not heavy i am now not having anymore cramps i am still having a bit of lower back pain, and still having the same pregnancy symptoms that i was having before all of this started. my period has always been regular maybe a day or two early but the flow is always the same very heavy the first 1-3 days and bright red blood with alot of clotting and tons of cramps, so i am not sure if this is a period, implantation bleeding, or a miscarriage

By the way I am married I have a very healthy child and am in my early 20's so I am not a young teen-aged girl or someone who sleeps around, we did have sex on the days that i was most fertile and when i ovulated but what is going on is something i have never experienced before and it is weird because when i went to the ER they couldnt tell me anything either I think i need to go get another opinion there was no pelvic exam performed and there was nothing else done he just took a blood test which the results came back in 10-15 mintues (is this normal time) and told me i wasnt pregnant and sent me home even with the things i told him. the blood test was done a few days ago and the bleeding started two days after i went and got the blood test done, can implantation start this late, or am i a crazy person lol

I DO NOT HAVE AN STD I HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR A YEAR NOW AND HAVE BEEN WITH THE SAME PERSON FOR 5 YEARS AND WE BOTH GET TESTED EVERY YEAR TO BE SAFE. And I come on here to ask you all what you think because I am not going to go to the doctor for every ache and pain that I have I am not going to waste his time if it is nothing important but something normal. I was trying to see if anyone else has been through this I am not looking for rude answers if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all!!!!!!!!!

It could be your period. Hormonal changes can cause everything you described. After you have your period cramping gets much better, which could explain why you aren't experiencing any pain now, after your period came.

If you had several tests and none came back positive, I doubt it's a miscarriage. You pobably were not pregnant and this is your normal period. (If you went to the ER and they could not find anything, you weren't pregnant. Your cervix would be high and closed, which would've been easy to detect)

Implantation bleeding occurs a couple of days after you have intercourse, not a couple of weeks, and it is spotting, not actual bleeding and blood clots.

A miscarriage would've had you bleeding heavily at least two weeks, and the cramps are like giving birth (I know because my mother had a miscarriage).

I think it's just your period. I too am a very regular person, but I've had two or three irregular periods and the doctor told me that it's due to hormones. Stress, anxiety and emotional issues could also make your menses wanky.

I had the same thing last cycle, and my blood test was negative. So it could just be a light period, which is what mine turned out to be.

To be 100% sure, take a HPT about 6-8 days after the bleeding started. The implantation process takes 4 days, then hcg hormone is being made. From there, it takes about 2+ days for the hormone to be detected in your urine.

It could be that it was a pregancy that did not start out right and your body is just taking care of it on its own. I don't think that implantation bleeding would last that long or even be that inconsistant.
If this is a pregnancy that is infact ok then you shouldn't have a mense next month.

you can also wait until this is over and take a HPT a week later then you will know if you are indeed pregnant or not.

confident. I even have had some indignant classes. Does it make you injury? if so, try some warmth like a heating pad or warm water bottle or rice sock on your back or decrease abdomen. this would help the cramps. you will desire to even have your mom ask your well being care expert in case you may take something for the duration of your era like ibuprofen. That enables the bloating feeling and discomfort of cramps. Drink a rather good variety of water and shop your self sparkling particularly in this time. As you become older, your classes would desire to no longer reason such anger. It became my brother that finally helped me as quickly as while i became rather mad approximately it. He instructed me that my cycle became a blessing and at some point i'd have the potential to have little ones because of the fact of it. stable success to you!

i think it's just an abnormal period. However you should see a gyno. Er docs are not really knowledgable about that stuff. they specialize in emergency medicine. Good luck!
