Depends upon your definition. Civilizations evolve form eachother, and many have common routes. People often cite India and China as the oldest, but, the India and China today are very different from what they were back in their origins. Oldest untouched? Or oldest in terms of continuing? Or "what was first?"
My best guess is that you mean first and basically still existing, and for that we'd have to go with the Cradle of Civilization in between the Tigris and Euphratys, which is modern day Iraq and Iran.
Or if you're looking for a safe answer, go with China.

Extremely difficult question to answer. Hard to say what defines civilization and the definition would change depending onthe person you're talking to.
Mesopotamia (Iraq) at roughly 7000 years of age.

You have some unique answer for you to read. But the oldest civilization has to be where life as we know came into existence and that is in Africa. And I don't give a rats butt hole if you like it or not. But that is where life on this earth begin and even with member of my own family refuse to accept that they have black ancestor in their family tree that does not negate the truth that every human on the face of this earth, can trace their blood line back to Africa, and the way we treat each other shows just how deeply mans in humanity to man is rooted in to all of us.
