When I say MODEST I mean high neck line, high back, and with sleeves! long skirts with NO slits!!

Maybe Jcpenny or sears..would have something like that but it's really hard to find a whole lot of stuff like that because no one wears that anymore!
You may have to start to make your own clothes.

Seriously, you might consider second-hand stores such as the Salvation Army, if you are willing to purchase used merchandise. I find that, besides getting great bargains, there are items for sale that just can't be found anywhere else. Often, donors to these stores are conservative and their clothing is less revealing. Sometimes vintage garments show up, if that is your cup of tea.
