As long as you don't eat fatty, unhealthy foods at lunch, which is tempting if you eat at fast food restaurants.

A lot of people don't have the time to drive/walk home and make themselves lunch, but every restaurant should have at least a few healthy options. If you go for hamburgers or pizza every day, it'll eventually begin to show.

Practical? - no. Even if you can "afford" it as many point out, you would be better off not to. For health reasons, you may be eating the wrong foods, and for work reasons, you may be wasting too much time away from the job.

Well i wouldnt because if it is burgers and chips everyday you will get big but if you mean eat out for a salad i guess thats ok - just be a boring lunch.

Yes it is.... It removes one more thing you have to do at home. It also stops you from stinking up the office ( You know there always is that person whom brings in food that is great at home.. but stinks up the whole office.. ie: Sardines)

And it can be a little more social, as there is always a group of people that always eat out :-)

Sure its ok..... Just make sure you have the money... Basically when it comes to food I found it costs about the same to eat out as apposed to eating in. You just have to choose one or the other. I wouldn't recommend all fast food though.

breakfast - oatmeal or fiber cereal lunch - lean protein dinner - salad, no dressing exercising as a lot as conceivable make confident you do not drink water for the duration of your meal. that is going to dilute the nutrients on your nutrients.
