i have a test in about 10 minutes and i need to know how to change DNA into mRNA and the mRNA into tRNA. How do I do that?

Use the standard Watson-Crick base pairing rules, with the change that A in DNA base pairs with U in the RNA. The anticodons in the tRNA will then base pair with the mRNA strand by the same base pairing rules: G with C and A with U.
