If they were remotely attractive (and for me, of the opposite sex), yes I would consider it. Most of us have done worse for less.

Heavens, no! God forbid that one get it on with the boss, and then have it blow up in your face at some point. Your reputation could be sullied for life. Not to mention the possibility of sexual harassment lawsuits and/or criminal cases. Plus, I have too much respect for myself to stoop to that level.
